In 2068 Eastern Europe collapsed in the industrial areas, operated by American and Asian corporations. Prosper once the city turned into places where the hazardous industries, where the rights of criminal syndicates. Drug trafficking, illegal cloning experiments on human beings have reached an industrial scale under the patronage of numerous terrorist organizations. In the hands of one of them is a dangerous technology for production of nano-virus, whose dissemination threatens the entire civilized world. Set to enter the crime lab and destroy the virus gets to share the best fighter of Russian foreign intelligence, special nicknamed Scorpion ...
